International Conference on Teaching, Education & Learning  ICTEL-2021 which will be held in Amsterdam, Netherlands on July 25, 2021. The primary goal of the conference is to provide opportunities for the researchers, scientists, scholars, engineers and practitioners from all around the world to present and share ongoing research activities. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the conference results constituted significant contribution to the knowledge in these up to date Teaching fields. Welcomes scholars and researchers working in the field of Education & Leaning from all over the world to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation

Paper Submission Guidelines

In the first instance, we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type. Submitting an Abstract 

• The maximum word limit for the abstract is between 200 and 250 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
• Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• All submissions must include a structured abstract, following the format outlined below. These four sub-headings and their accompanying explanations must always be included: 1. Purpose, 2. Design/methodology/approach, 3. Findings, 4. Originality
• Your submission should be submitted in English.

 Submitting a Paper 

• Manuscript should be contains minimum 4,000 words and should not exceed 8,000 words, Word count starts from introduction to start of references, excluding abstract, figures, tables, references, funding, footnotes, appendix and acknowledgements, and the file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx) format.
• Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references.
• Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have your paper proof-read by an English speaking person. Papers will be returned if the standard of English is not considered to be good enough for publication.
• All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
• Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

 Submitting a Poster

1. Medium of conference: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented in both English.

2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper): Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper(optional).

3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.

4. Ethical Standards: Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behaviour is the most important virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is a completely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

5. Presentation Modes:

1. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – LIVE ZOOM 

• Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference.
• Each Presenter will get 10 Minutes for their Presentation and 5 Minutes for Q&A Session.
• Once a session has concluded, the video will be available on-demand for one month.

 2. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – Pre-Recorded Video Option 

• This Option is for the Participants who would like to Record the Presentation and play it than Presenting Live at the Conference.
• The Presenter can record the 10 Minutes Video Presentation and send it to us. (The Video should be 10 minutes or lesser.)
• The Organizing Committee will play the Video in your Presentation Slot.
• These presentations will be uploaded in the YouTube conference link or Slide Share link. So that conference participants will have access to all virtual presentations during and after the conference.

 6. The criteria for the Best Oral Presentation Award are: 

• Clarity of submitted abstract
• Importance of the work
• Novelty of the work
• Level of completion of the work
• Uniqueness or originality of the research topic
• Ability of the presenter to explain the work

We will select one best oral presentation and one poster presentation. The awards shall be announced during the conference at the end of conference, and the names of award winners will be published in conference News.

The on-going global COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way people live and work globally. As conference organizers, we have been greatly affected by travel restrictions and health measures enforced by various governments around the world.

As your safety is our top priority and concern, you are recommended to choose an online/Video presentation.

Virtual/Online Conference

In order to restrain our participants from travelling during pandemic Covid-19 we have introduced this new feature of video conferencing-

A convenient way of sharing and discussion.

1. Download Zoom App (Mobile/Notepad/Tablet)
2. Create (Sign-Up) an Zoom Account (www.zoom.us)
3. We will send a meeting invite with an embedded video link. You can find the Meeting ID and Password.
4. Verify your camera and audio input and network connectivity set up before joining the conference call and to share your screen.
5.  You can leave the meeting whenever you want.

Presenters who will not be able to perform a live presentation via Zoom must prepare a pre-recorded video presentation, which can be done in one of two ways (in no particular order):

1. There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record your presentation. In this method, you can show your face via webcam (if you’d like) and display your slides as you talk. You can use any meeting software as long as you get a high-quality recording and your final file is in MP4 format.

2. Create a PowerPoint presentation based on the Sample PPT template. Use an audio / video recording device, such as a microphone or other external voice recorder, mobile, etc. (Create separate audio / video files for each slide, e.g. slide-1, slide-2 .......). Now send us all the audio / video files with your PPT file.

Publication:Proceedings Publication

All abstracts accepted for presentation in this conference will be Double Peer Blind Reviewed and will be published in the conference abstracts proceeding. The accepted abstracts will only be published if payment of registration has been made by deadline.

Publication Opportunity in Conference Associated Journals

ICTEL offers open-access publishing of multidisciplinary journals. The scope of ICTEL publishing encompasses all fields of science and technology, as well as related areas of management, business, social sciences , humanities, chemistry and the environment. 

• International Journal Publication in SCOPUS (Elsevier), Web of Science, ESCI, SCIE/SSCI indexed Journals on the request by the author. In such case, it may take 3 to 10 months for the review and publication process. It can be higher than the mentioned dates (more than 10 months) if the queue for publication is long at the Publisher side.
